Shipping, Returns & Core Charges Policies  
Shipping within the US

 

Our standard shipping method is by UPS ground service (1-5 days, not guaranteed). For faster delivery, 3 Day Guaranteed, 2 Day Guaranteed or Next Day Guaranteed can be requested, at a higher rate. Shipping charges to be determined.

Oversize packages will be shipped by truck freight and shipping charges will be applied accordingly. C.O.D. fees are an additional $9.00. Indiana residents please add 6% sales tax.

Shipping Outside the US
  All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Please specify shipment by USPS Global Express (3-5 days) or USPS Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days – this method is not recommended because you are unable to track the package) unless otherwise indicated in the special shipping instructions.
Returns
  ˚ Please inspect your orders immediately upon receipt for accuracy & condition. Incorrect items may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for an exchange or refund.
  ˚ All returns, regardless of reason, must have prior authorization. Call Customer Service (317-736-6233) to get a Return Authorization number, which is to be written on the return label. Returns without an authorization number on the package will be refused.
  ˚ A 20% restocking fee (25% on Steele items) will be charged on items returned for reasons other than due to our error.
  ˚ Claims or requests for return after 30 days will only be considered for exchanges or credit towards future orders. No returns on “special order” items. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
  ˚ A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
  ˚ All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  ˚ Returns must be sent postpaid.
Core Charges
  The amount of the core charge varies depending upon the item, but is generally calculated at 50%-100% of the list price. Certain items require receipt of the core in advance. The core charge is refunded upon return of a rebuildable core. A core that is broken or missing parts will be evaluated for partial core charge refund, or returned to the customer with no core charge refund. Cores returned after six months beyond shipping date will receive only partial core charge refund.
